De Doelen is a concert venue and convention centre in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The assignment consisted of handling pr and media campaign for several key projects and festivals (The Big Day, Kindermuziekweek, Wunderhorn, Classical:NEXT, Operadagen Rotterdam).
Assignment for interim management of marketing & communications for a renowned museum and art lab for kids 2 – 12 years; copywriting, communication tools, web editing, newsletters, social media, press & PR.
Film publicity at Berlinale (2015: I am Michael, 2016: A Quiet Passion, 2017: Weirdos) and Cannes Film Festival (2015, 2016, 2017: Kering Women in Motion). Coordinating round tables, red carpets, handling talent.
PR opening Lucky Knot bridge by NEXT Architects in Changsha, China. Compiling press release + media kit + follow up pitches. PR plan for positioning NEXT as expert in bridges and creative infrastructural solutions. Assigned by BRAND The Urban Agency.
Marketing & communications in 2015 and 2016 for Lezersfeest literary event at Rotterdam’s public library. Assignment included M&C plan, developing publications and PR tools, coordinating graphic and web design, traffic and budget management, copywriting, website & social media, (FB, TW, IN), press releases and media relations.
